Dryas drummondii (D. drummondii) is a nodulating species belonging to the Rosales order. It is nodulated by Frankia bacteria. DNA was collected from leaves of different plants grown in the greenhouse. We sequenced the genome to a depth of approximately 777X. The assembled scaffolds of high quality sequences total 233MB, with the contig and scaffold N50 values of 35kb and 979kb respectively. We identified 25,030 protein-coding genes with a mean length of 1.350kb.
